Getting Ready
The biggest thing I'm doing right now to get ready is working out. I'm afraid that I'll end up huffing and puffing along at the back of the pack, and being the person that everyone else has to keep stopping to wait on. So I'm going to the gym three days a week to walk on the treadmill and work with the weight machines. So far I've walked a total of 200 minutes for a distance of 9.3 miles. My goal is to have walked at least 120 miles by the time I get to Hilton Head.
